In these unprecedented times, communication is essential. We want to keep you abreast of how we at Burrus Seed Farms, Inc. (BSFI) and Burrus Brothers and Associated Growers (BBAG) are navigating the issue.
Our commitment is focused on the health of our employees, their families, significant others, dealers and customers. That commitment remains our highest priority. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 global pandemic through trusted sources including news and statements from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) along with state and local health officials.
As of now, nothing has changed with the operations of our production and customer support teams. Our commitment to delivering you the highest quality product and providing outstanding customer service remains vitally important.
Our teams are heeding safety precautions and practices recommended by health officials. We have asked our Account Managers to reach out to growers via phone and email in lieu of face-to-face contact whenever feasible. Growers are encouraged to continue contacting their Account Manager and Customer Service Representative by phone or email. Our Logistics and Production teams will continue to deliver seed as scheduled in preparation for the rapidly approaching planting season. If something should change at any point in these operations, we will share that communication with you.
